Chocolate Fudge Cookie Balls for Trivia Night

I made these for our church's trivia night. They have a chocolate fudge and oreo center, covered in semi-sweet chocolate with white chocolate drizzle. We didn't win first place, but we definitely had the best food :)

Red Velvet Cupcakes

My youngest sister, Jenny is away at college  and I decided to make her a care package for Valentine's Day. I thought red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting would be very appropriate. I hope she loves them!

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cupcakes to Celebrate 28 years

It was my older sister's 28th birthday this weekend. I made these goodies specially for her and they turned out great! I decided to make strawberry cupcakes with chocolate fudge frosting and of course topped with sprinkles. She is the best big sister ever and deserved something fantastic for her birthday.
